Refund Policy

Applicable to all students


1. The Course Materials and Registration Fees of RM200 are strictly, NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

2. When a request for refund is desired, the request has to be explicitly expressed in writing and in accordance to the guidelines and deadlines stipulated in the following clauses.

3. Refunds are made in accordance to the date of submission of Written Notice of Withdrawal :

  • 7 days before first day of classes: 100% Refund of Tuition Fee minus RM200 for Course Materials and Registration Fee
  • Less than 7 days before first day of classes: No Refund of Tuition Fee

4. There is strictly no refund or postpone if you didn’t join the class. 

5. If you attend first class but not satisfied, 100% refund of Tuition fee minus RM200 for course materials and registration fee. Please provide the reasons in writing stating the reason for wanting a refund. Claims must be made within 3 days of the first class.

6. The request for refund must only be made via email to, other methods of notification will not be entertained. Any amount to be refunded is subject to the approval and discretion of the centre.
